Uni-Link24

Talk24's IPX Hub provides a private and secure, high bandwidth multi-tenant gateway which brings together mobile and fixed line operators and subscribers, with value added service providers and enterprises.

It allows operators to increase the range, quality and functionality of services offered to their subscribers and provides a means of interconnecting and transporting data between cloud based processing and the end-user, which increases telecoms usage and revenues. The IPX Hub can be utilised in the operator's home market as well as in roaming environments, where the subscriber can access the full functionality of their home services while roaming.

This ensures continuity of service for subscribers and enhances revenue generation for operators. The Talk24 IPX Hub is also capable of interconnecting technology such as GSM, CDMA, LTE, WiMAX and Wi-Fi which enables operators to easily achieve a centralised interconnect, set preferences for their traffic routing, increase geographic coverage for their subscribers and leverage other telecom infrastructure to manage their network and capex spend.

Pay & Go 24

Talk24's Prepaid system enables easy deployment of advanced telecom services to the operator's prepaid subscriber base. The Talk24 operating platform enables prepaid subscribers to have full access to 4G services, cloud environment functionality, real-time prepaid global roaming services, aggregated value added services (“VAS”) and an apps store in protocol agnostic environments.

Operators can quickly and cost effectively offer enhanced prepaid services to their prepaid subscriber base, delivered with highly flexible payment / usage terms and charging options (time of day, day of week, time zone, multi-tier, etc.).

Top-up available via credit card, vouchers, and many 3rd party integrations such as PayPal. Prepaid roaming is supported using CAMEL or WIN (IS-826, IS-41D) based messages. Talk24's Prepaid System provides a web and voice portal that subscribers can use to manage their prepaid account and thus decrease operator administration costs.


Always Home 24

Talk24's Roaming Hub allows operators to replicate their subscriber home environment globally, allowing operators to provide a seamless service to their subscribers and quickly enlarge their coverage area by utilizing Talk24's existing roaming partners.

This solution requires zero to low cap-ex and allows operators to offer home services to their subscribers while they are outside the operator coverage area. Talk24's web portal allows operators to manage the roaming coverage and services offered while subscribers are roaming.

The Roaming Hub portal also allows operators to monitor guest roaming traffic on their network which is fully integrated into the Talk24's Business Intelligent system. This allows the operator to utilize various services via the same portal, whether SmartMoney24 for revenue optimisation or MoneyWatch24 for fraud prevention.

Talk24's Mobile Pay product allows subscribers to use their phone to pay for products and services and/or transfer funds\minutes to another subscriber's mobile account, whether nationally or internationally. Foreign migrant workers are able to send money to their family back home for cost of transferring money via a bank.
